Course code P01

Intensive training by theatre professionals in a professional theatre setting. Great extension of professional training for serious emerging actors. Work with other talented & motivated actors in practical, creative classes. Learn more about the actor’s craft and develop your talent and performance skills as part of a performance ensemble

TRAINING INCLUDES: the actor’s process, acting for film & TV, scenework and text analysis, body & voice, improvisation, rehearsal & theatre performance as well as seminars & guest instruction by professionals.

SCHEDULE | 20 Weeks–3 Nights a week

Program Dates | January 18 to June 09, 2011 - Tuesday thru Thursday 7:00pm to 10:00pm

PUBLIC PERFORMANCES | June 08, 09, 2011

ADMISSION by audition and interview. There is no pre-requisite but some previous acting experience/training is recommended.

AUDITIONS will be held at PTE School in September and November 2010–call 925-253 to book an audition

*PLEASE NOTE: Commitment to program is crucial to your training in this ensemble environment. Regular attendance and participation in all classes is a requirement of the program.
