RETURNING TO BREATH AND WORD

September 20 - 21, 2021

Instructor:  Cathy MacKinnon

Dates:  Monday September 20th, Tuesday September 21st

Time:  11:00AM – 2:00PM

Participants:  12

A two- day workshop on ZOOM to gently invite the body to open for breath. After a long time away we need to enter this work with care and patience. The first day will be centred on breath work; opening the body to make space for the breath, returning to the centre and finding grounding. If we feel ready, the second day we will move this connection into text.
