Take one theatre company with a multitude of spaces. Mix in some stellar local restaurants and add in a bunch of local producers of specialty foods and treats. Top it up with fabulous wines – and you end up with PTE Pairings, back for an eighth year, due to popular demand.

This year, you'll see restaurants from previous years, including Promenade Café and Wine, Clementine, The Gates on Roblin, VG Restaurant & Lounge at The Fairmont, Brazen Hall, KYU Grill and Kevin's Bistro, as well as some new faces and taste sensations, including Melt Chocolate.

Each restaurant and producer will have its own station throughout PTE’s huge facility, so you’ll be able to wander through areas you may have never seen before, including the Rehearsal Hall, Board Room, Student Lounge, Administration offices and teaching studios. With each restaurant, Kenaston Wine Market will set up premium pours from wines carefully selected to enhance the food.

Tickets are $100 (a partial tax receipt will be issued)
