Take one theatre company with a multitude of spaces. Mix in some stellar local restaurants and add in a bunch of local producers of specialty foods and treats. Top it up with fabulous wines – and you end up with PTE Pairings, back for a seventh year, due to popular demand.

This year, you'll see restaurants from previous years, including Promenade Café and Wine, Prairie 360 and VG Restaurant & Lounge at The Fairmont, as well as some new faces and taste sensations, like Perogy Planet, Kevin’s Bistro, KYU Grill, The Gates on Roblin, Clementine and Brazen Hall Kitchen & Brewery.

We will be joined once again by Prairie Oils & Vinegars, Capital K Distillery, Smak Dab, and Decadence Chocolates. And joining us for the first time are Aschenti Cocoa, Prairie Quinoa, and Lyuba’s Kitchen.

Each restaurant and producer will have its own station throughout PTE’s huge facility, so you’ll be able to wander through areas you may have never seen before, including the Rehearsal Hall, Board Room, Student Lounge, Administration offices and teaching studios. With each restaurant, Kenaston Wine Market will set up premium pours from wines carefully selected to enhance the food.

To really kick the evening up a notch, you can take in special, in-depth wine-tasting sessions.
