TalkBack Tuesday
Meet the actors! After the 2nd Tuesday performance, the actors head back to the stage for a discussion with the audience about the content and themes of the play they’ve just performed, the acting process and other interesting behind-the-scenes information. Stay in your seats and join the conversation!

Wine Tasting Wednesday
Learn about pairing wine and foods in the most fun way possible! Join PTE Artistic Director Ann Hodges and a wine expert from The Winehouse before the show on the 2nd Wednesday for a private wine and food pairing session. ($15/person)
Note: available only for ticket holders to the performance

Ticket holders will receive information about adding Wine Tasting Wednesday before the first play.

How to renew online: step-by-step

After reading these instructions, click the Renew Now button at the top of this page or the bottom of the instructions.

Please call the Box Office if you would renew an existing Three- or Four-Play package or to request a change in your seats or dates.

NOTE: You can email the Box Office at boxoffice@pte.mb.ca to request a call-back at a time that is convenient for you .

Check the top of your subscription renewal form. If there’s an email address there:
- Click the Renew Now button
- Click the blue button at the left of the screen, Loginto renew existing subscriptions
- If you’ve already set up a password for online ticket buying, type it in under your email address.
- IF YOU DON’T YET HAVE A PASSWORD, click on the orange button FORGOT MY PASSWORD on the right-hand side. You’ll be taken to a page where you will type in your email address and click the green button to reset your password, which will be emailed to you.
- DO NOT CLICK “NEW PATRON” – if you set up a new patron account, you will not be able to access your subscription.

2. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be clicking on the green buttons to move through the process.

3. When you reach the first screen of the checkout, for Ticket Handling Delivery Method, click Hold tickets at Will Call – your tickets will be mailed to you right after the Labour Day weekend in September, with all your subscriber information for the season.

4. Also on that checkout screen, for How did you hear about PTE, select Subs - Pure Renewal.

IF YOUR ACCOUNT DOESN’T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS ALREADY ATTACHED TO IT (ie: if there is no email address at the top of your renewal form), you must call the PTE Box Office at (204) 942-5483 to make that change, so that you may renew online in the future.

Are you accepting new subscriptions now?

Yes! We welcome new subscriptions now, which puts you in the queue for the best seats. Seating will be assigned at the beginning of May, based on the date you placed your order. The earlier you book, the better the available seats. Currently, new subscriptions are only available by phone, 204-942-5483, during regular Box Office hours.

Do I have an online account? I’ve never used it.

All PTE patrons have accounts that are accessible online. If you have given PTE your email address – even if you’ve asked not to receive emails from us – you can access your account online, using the email address to which your renewal information was sent (it’s at the top of that message, under your name and address).

If you’ve never accessed your account online before, once you’ve entered your email address on the login page, click RESET PASSWORD. You’ll get an email with instructions to set up your new password.

If you have issue, contact the Box Office during regular Box Office hours.

I want to use a different email from the one on my renewal information. Can I set up a new account?

Your subscription information is contained in the account with that specific email address. If you set up a new account, you won’t be able to renew your subscription.

If you want to use a different email for the account, email boxoffice@pte.mb.ca, and we can update your account for you, after which you can login with your preferred address.

I don’t want to renew online. What are my other options?

You can call the PTE Box Office at 204-942-5483. Or you can email boxoffice@pte.mb.ca to request a call a time more convenient for you.

What if I want to change my seats or performance day?

Renew your seats as they are in your account now. Then call the Box Office at 204-942-5483 or send an email t0 the Box Office, explaining the changes you would like made. The earlier you contact us about changes, the higher in the queue for changes you'll be, with the best chance at the seats available to change to. Once we come to the deadline to renew (April 30), unrenewed seats are released, and Box Office staff will begin to make the changes, based on the dates that they were received.

Can I buy a three or four play package?

Smaller packages will not be available until May 1. However, a subscriber who held a three or four play package for 2024-2025 will be able to renew it by calling the Box Office at 204-942-5483.
