Volunteer for PTE!

Support the work that PTE does by volunteering at performances and behind the scenes.

Volunteers are the wind beneath our wings! It would literally be impossible to run a performance without them.

For each performance in a run, PTE relies on up to 12 volunteers in 7 different roles. Generally, the shifts range from about 90 minutes to three hours.

Ticket Scanner

Positioned at the entry doors to the PTE lobby, ticket scanners are often the first faces patrons see when they arrive for a show, so a welcoming presence. A hand-held scanner ensures that the tickets are counted and correct for the performance (training provided).

Shift: 6:15 – 7:45 pm or 12:45 – 2:15 pm for matinees

We also occasionally need volunteers during weekdays to help with mailings.
