You don't have to watch the show specifically at 2 pm, or any time in particular. That is the start of a 48-hour window during which you are able to watch the show at any time or as many times as you’d like.

eg: If you purchased a ticket for October 14, you can watch at anytime from 2 pm on October 14 to 2 pm on October 16.

Yes! You can purchase your same-day ticket at any time that day. The 48-hour period will still extend until 2 pm two days later.

eg: Buy a ticket on October 14 at 7 pm, watch at any time from then until 2 pm on October 16.

Just like a live performance, you are able to exchange your ticket to another performance window. As usual, there is an exchange fee of $2.50.  Contact the Box Office during regular hours at (204) 942-5483 to make the exchange.

Yes, you will get a reminder the day before your scheduled date and the day of. However, you will not receive further reminders during the viewing window – it will be up to you to make sure you don’t miss it.

If something comes up and you miss the viewing window entirely, you can still exchange for another time, with an exchange fee of $2.50. However, once the run is over on October 17, the play will be unavailable. Contact the Box Office during regular hours at (204) 942-5483.

You’ll access the show through your account on the PTE ticketing website. You’ll have the ability to watch on any digital device, although we recommend a larger screen for the best experience. You’ll be able to watch full-screen and access closed captioning. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

You can call or email the PTE Box Office during regular hours to check. If you’ve never purchased tickets online, or can’t remember your password, Box Office reps will be able to send you an email request to “reset your password”. Once you do that, you’ll be able to log on to the ticket site.

You could also go straight to the site, enter your email address and click “forgot my password” for the same result. If you don’t get the email, contact the Box Office at boxoffice@pte.mb.ca for assistance. Don’t forget to check your Junk folder!

Virtual performances must viewed in a web browser, but if you have a smart TV, it may be possible to watch it there. You’ll need to check your manual. If you have an HDMI cable, you can plug a laptop into most TVs. Depending on your browser, it may be possible to cast to your TV from another device. Again, you’d have to do a bit of research – Google is a great resource.

Our Box Office staff are available by phone Monday to Sunday during the run (October 13 - 18) from 1 pm to 9 pm. Call 204-942-5483, and we'll do our best to help you figure it out.

However, every situation is different and there are a lot of variables at play, including the strength of your internet connection, the browser you're using and the device you have - those things are out of our control. If our staff are unable to resolve your issue after working with you over the phone, we will refund your ticket.

Please remember that our goal is to have everyone who purchased a ticket be able to enjoy the performance. Our staff is doing their best to help you make that happen. Technology can be frustrating sometimes, but we will do everything we can to make your experience a successful one!

Yes, there is a digital program. It will be available here on the website starting on October 11. It will look just like the program you’re used to in the theatre.
