We seek Directors who are passionate about navigating change, igniting imagination, and leaving an indelible mark on the cultural landscape, especially with a background in the legal or financial fields. The role of a PTE Board Director is one of stewardship where you will help guide the organization with leadership, upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities.
The Cherry Karpyshin Arts Management Prize is awarded annually to a Manitoban, early-career, or aspiring arts manager. Along with recognition and encouragement from Prairie Theatre Exchange’s leadership, the recipient will also be awarded $2,500 to support the advancement of their career and propel them on their professional journey through the arts.
PTE now has a permanent bike rack INSIDE the lobby. Lobby doors are kept locked until just before a performance, when an usher is next to the rack. Whether you're attending a performance or visiting PTE for any purpose, your bike will be secure and warm.
Join the PTE volunteer corps and support the theatre with a bit of your time. PTE can't do what we do without volunteers. Shifts range from 90 minutes to three hours. A few times a season makes a big difference to PTE!
